The Training Visa (Subclass 407) allows Australian companies and government agencies to sponsor applicants to participate in occupational training activities and professional development activities. This visa allows you to work for your sponsor in your job whilst undertaking in a structured training program provided by your employer.
407 Advantages
Simple Visa Application Requirements: Applicants can apply for the visa both onshore and offshore,non-English speaking countries requir iELTS 4.5 and one year full time experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Be at least 18 years of age;
Nominees must have a employer sponsorship and hold recent and relevant employment or equivalent experience of at least 12 months full-time in the last 24 months ( study or work experience).
Seek to enter Australia to undertake occupational training directly related to their current occupation, field of study or expertise.
Be proficient in functional English to acquire training.
Have adequate financial support and health insurance for the duration of their stay and meet DIBP's health and character requirements.
