Internship Description
1. Build positive relationships with students with diverse needs.
2. Support school teachers in their teaching tasks.
3. Assist teachers in inspiring students' innovation, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning.
4. Effectively interact and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the wider school
community.
5. Support students in their classroom learning.
6. Help students organize and manage their academic work; supervise students during exams.
7. Serve as support staff during assessments and examinations.
8. Supervise students' participation in extracurricular activities and provide administrative support.
9. Assist in campus safety management and public health services.
10. Provide logistical services on campus.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the school.

Hillcrest Christian College
Hillcrest Christian College is a full-time co-educational private school located on the famous Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. With a coastline stretching 57 kilometers, the Gold Coast is known as a "Surfer's Paradise," offering beautiful scenery and convenient transportation. The school serves around 2,000 students, from kindergarten to Year 12. The campus is situated in the central part of the Gold Coast, on a beautiful forested hill, near stunning beaches, large shopping centers, and public transport connections.
Sydney Bev Early Learning Center
Sydney Bev Early Learning Center is a family-run kindergarten that provides excellent early childhood education services, focusing on innovation and age-appropriate learning. The center includes areas for arts, music, reading, and scientific exploration, which support children's daily learning activities. Additionally, there is a specially designed spacious outdoor area, catering to children of different ages, where various activities are held daily to nurture children's diverse learning and activity skills.
St. Paul's International School
St. Paul's International School was founded by the Sisters of St. Paul de Chartres in 1986. This religious order was established in France in the late 17th century and has a long history of promoting academic excellence. The predecessor of St. Paul's International School was Aurora College, which was renamed in 1998. Our rich history guides us to continue providing outstanding modern education in the coming years, while maintaining our core values.
Duration and Application Period
The internship lasts four weeks, and applications are open year-round.
Application Requirements
1. Applicants must be university students or recent graduates aged 18 or above, or teachers currently working in teaching positions.
2. Majors: Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Educational
Technology, Special Education, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Psychology, Teacher Training, etc.
3. Education: An associate degree or higher.
4. Basic English proficiency, such as CET-6 for Chinese university students or IELTS 4.5 or above.
5. Good conduct with no criminal record.
6. Good health, with no infectious diseases.
7. No history of visa refusal or illegal entry/exit records.
8. Job matching principle: The work content will be matched according to the applicant's overall background, English
proficiency, and school requirements.
Program Schedule
● Week One: Training
Pre-job Training: Training will be provided based on the specific job role, including the scope of responsibilities for assistant positions, school requirements, school regulations, and other relevant topics to ensure thorough preparation for the internship. English Teaching Methodology Training: Training will focus on mastering teaching methods in English, enabling participants to better fulfill their internship tasks.
● Weeks Two & Three: Internship Practice
Internship Work: From Monday to Friday, participants will engage in internships at assigned local schools (kindergartens, primary, or secondary schools).
City Tours of Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast:
On Saturdays: Visits to Australian cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast (depending on the city of residence). Visits to historical and cultural landmarks in Australia, such as museums and art galleries.
Free Activities on Sundays
● Week Four: Final Internship Activities
Internship Work: From Monday to Thursday, participants will engage in internships at assigned local schools (kindergartens, primary, or secondary schools).
Internship Summary and Certificate Award: On Friday, the final day of the internship, there will be an internship summary session, and certificates of completion will be awarded.
City Tours of Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast: On Saturday, participants will visit cultural sites in Australia, such as zoos and beaches.
Departure for Home on Sunday.

Cost Overview
Included Costs
1. Round-trip international airfare

6. Meals: three meals per day throughout the program
7. Accommodation: homestay with 2-4 students per family, with individual beds

1. Domestic transportation costs within China
2. Personal expenses during the stay in Australia
3. Invoice tax (only overseas invoices from Australia are provided)
4. ELTS registration and exam fees (if required)
5. Passport processing fees, domestic transportation costs in China, and luggage storage or overweight charges
6. Additional costs incurred due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic delays, strong winds, fog, flight cancellations, orschedule changes
